Planning for the Foundation Stage

It is essential that there is close co-operation between nursery and reception colleagues in order that children have their previous achievements recognised and valued and experience continuity and progression in their learning.

Young children need a well-planned and resourced curriculum to take their learning forward and to provide opportunities for all children to succeed in an atmosphere of care and of feeling valued.
