Key Skills

  • I can write a riddle

Activities
  • Children to participate in a range of sporting activities and record their achievements on a “personal bests” card;
  • Children to measure different parts of the body in cm;
  • Children write “who am I?” riddles and play guess the person using the riddles;
Outcomes
  • A record of sporting achievement;
  • A record showing progression in each sporting achievement;
  • An awareness of how practice leads to improvement;
  • A maths book showing different body parts and their measures eg hands, feet,
    head, height, legs, arms;
  • A riddle;
