Year 4 - My Olympic friends: "Form and Function" (Human body types)

  • I can name the different body types and link them to actual athletes past and present;

    sports and be able to explain how your body uses the muscle groups;
  • I can devise a safe exercise programme that
    focuses on a specific muscle group;
  • I can research compare, contrast and interpret

  • A group presentation about specific present and past Olympic athletes that
    demonstrates knowledge and personal understanding of body types, muscle groups & exercise routine;
