RE and SACRE home

Welcome to the Hackney SACRE portal for teachers, parents and public.

We have designed it with our teachers in mind. It will also help parents and the public, especially members of religious communities, to find out about the work of SACRE and the nature of religious education and educational collective worship in our non-denominational schools.

Our aims are to:

promote understanding of the work of SACRE and facilitate dialogue between teachers and SACRE
promote and support the teaching of good religious education by giving access to information and curriculum materials
support inclusive and educational collective worship
