Recommendations to include in your Quality Assurance process:

• Ensure all staff in the school know about the programme
  
• One to One is included in the school improvement plan
  
• SMT is involved and progress is discussed at pupil progress meetings / pupil target days
  
• Programme is monitored for number of lessons, length and quality of lessons
  
• Class teacher to liaise with tutor to set objectives
  
• Parental Involvement
• A senior person identified to be responsible for timetabling lessons, ensuring tracking is in place, collecting data and submitting termly data
